Do you endure snoring partners every night?  I used to be a snorer, much to the distress of my wife, so I searched for ways to stop snoring naturally and I found it! 

In this article and the supporting video, I share how I achieved this, and how I now help others to also stop snoring naturally.

Snoring May Reflect Your Present State of Health

Snoring may be equal to shouting out at night, saying: “I am not eating the right food, I am not exercising sufficiently or in the correct way for my body type, and I am not breathing correctly”.   The muscles of the airway may become weakened if the person becomes less active. Sleeping on one’s back can also aggravate snoring.

Although, having previously been a vegetarian, I thought I had been eating healthily.  However, in my quest to find ways to stop snoring naturally, I came across the work of Anthony William, Medical Medium.  Following his advice, I now follow a plant-based diet, having quit dairy, gluten, vegetarian and vegan processed foods.

Continuing my quest to find natural ways to stop snoring, I also increased my exercise and now usually start my day practising the 5 Tibetan Rites exercises as well as breathing exercises.

I didn’t stop there, I also joined a choir and support my improvement through the advice and guidance of a book (which includes a CD) Set Your Voice Free by Roger Love.

 

Although I am continually working on clearing negative emotions, I still have to take responsibility for my body.

Emotional truths behind the cause of snoring

According to Michael J. Lincoln PhD, in his, book Messages From The Body, people who snore are stubbornly refusing to let go of old patterns.

They are in a chronically stuck situation in which they resent the past and fear the future.

They have a strong distrust in the Universe and they are nursing a ‘broken heart’.

They also feel they are personally responsible for everything and that they have to do something about it.

 

Your Body’s Telling You: Love Yourself by Lise Bourbeau

According to Lise Bourbeau in her book, Your Body’s Telling You: Love Yourself, during sleep, you are liberating yourself from events of your waking hours. Which explains why everyone dreams.

If you snore, it is likely that you would have liked to make more noise during the day, but you have repressed it.

You may feel that don’t make yourself heard enough so you make up for it at night.  If you dare not speak up for fear of rejection, you will experience rejection anyway because of your snoring effectively keeps others awake.

It is important that you determine what is upsetting you most about snoring.  If it’s because it keeps others at a distance, the message your body is giving you is that you are the one rejecting yourself.

Others are there to mirror what you are doing to yourself.

If what bothers you about snoring is that it makes a lot of noise, acknowledge that you crave attention and want to be heard.

If you think others aren’t listening, you may believe you aren’t important enough to be heard.

If others really are not listening to you, they are reflecting your own inability to listen.

 

Your body is telling you: “Listen to others and others will listen to you. They’ll even enjoy listening to you.”

Positive affirmations to stop snoring naturally:

According to Louise L. Hay, in her book ” Heal Your Body”, the positive statements for snoring are:             

“I release all that is unlike love and joy in my mind. I move from the past into the new, the fresh and the vital.”

Although positive affirmations can be very effective to stop snoring naturally, without the methods I use, you would need to repeat the affirmations many times every day.

As that is enough to put you to sleep and have you snoring again, I have devised a very unique way to expedite the process, and often this only takes 3 or 4 appointments (note, as everyone is unique, it may take longer or shorter for each individual).

The method I incorporate is to use my own empowering device, which is called The Living Lens.  This device re-empowers each person with positivity by bringing the affirmations alive.
